I have been living at 101 Via Mizner for 2 years and am delighted to share my positive experience here. From the very first interaction, Property Manager, Bianca displayed a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. She went above and beyond to ensure that residents concerns addressed. Whenever any issues arose, Bianca handled them promptly and efficiently, providing effective solutions that exceeded my expectations. Also, maintenance team including chief engineer, Neil and Shela is very impressive. Whenever requesting a work order, it got taken care of immediately. their friendly demeanor made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. It's rare to find such dedication and customer service excellence, and I feel fortunate to have them assist me. I highly recommend 101 Via Mizner to anyone looking for apartment in Boca Raton. Thank you for making my leasing experience outstanding!

Alfredo gave my family and I the most incredible experience touring the building. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and concerns, and ensured I found the perfect unit.
