I’ve lived at Cleveland house for the past 2 years and I have nothing but great things to say. The building has wonderful staff who truly go above and beyond. The apartments are nice and well appointed! It’s a very cozy and quiet community tucked in one of the best neighborhoods in DC :) the building is older but the bathrooms and kitchen are updated, but you still have some of the lovely historic touches like original wood flooring! The natural light is wonderful and enhances the space greatly. There’s a real feeling of community amongst residents, many have lived in the building for years if not decades. I love having friends in the building and friendly neighbors who greet me when I’m out and about in the area. Huge shoutout to Tye, Jaime, Michael, and Michelle for being the most outstanding concierge staff. The maintenance crew is wonderful as well. So friendly and they all genuinely make an effort to make a personal connection with residents. Moving to DC from another state is very daunting but I always know when I come home there is a friendly face to greet me. Also makes me feel very safe!
