We have recently purchased these units and quite frankly, feel as though they are THE BEST DEAL IN CHICO! Large units, VERY close to Chico Mall and Restaurants, Newer - built 2010! Excellent Floorplans, Swimming Pool, Plenty of Parking, and Numerous Happy Tenants!
