I truly can’t say enough positive things about living at Ten23! The location is wonderful, the views from the apartment and rooftop are top tier, and the staff is professional. Steven with the maintenance team has been extremely accommodating and timely for any maintenance requests - it doesn’t take more than a few business hours to get a fix. If you’re a prospective tenant, I highly encourage living here!

Visited the rooftop of this property recently for a private party. Not only was I impressed by the views and building, but the staff members were incredibly hospitable. If I was in the market for an apt I would greatly consider this location. Steven was very informative and even recommended amazing restaurants nearby for our after party.
