Great place. Good value for what you're paying. If you pick an apartment on the west side just note that you will hear noise from Charlie Brown's at night. And no, there's nothing building management can do about it. So if you're noise sensitive, just don't pick something on that side.

This is a good beginners apartment. It is no frills, plain vanilla, with no pool or gym, and that's probably for the better. It's clean, quiet, and the people have been very friendly. The parking is horrific, but its like that everywhere in downtown Capitol Hill. For its location, it is extremely affordable. A great place to start.
