Whitney was super helpful! I walked in without an appointment and she was happy to take me on a tour. She was very knowledgeable about the community and the different units. The property is kept up beautifully! I have been touring different communities in the area and Walton Grove was absolutely the nicest and best kept of them all! I submitted my application that same day... so glad I decided to tour Walton Grove!

Walton is a wonderful community. This property has a incredible staff who works hard to make the property beautiful. They offer cultural enrichment reimbursements up to 90% on a ticket and their pool even goes as deep 8 feet. The square footage is that of a home. This is a small by mighty community and the owners are amazing.
