Each recently remodeled and updated, 750 Sq Ft, 2-bedroom units have their own entrance. Parking in the alley and plenty of parking on Spruce st.. Shared/no cost laundry and a lovely private shaded courtyard with chairs, picnic tables and grill for all to enjoy. Tenant responsible for electric with Xcel, all other utilities / heat are included with rent. NO PETS and NO SMOKING on the property. Applicant has the right to provide the property manager/owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager/owner with a PTSR, the property manager/owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager/owner to access or use the PTSR. Applicant is required to fill out a Roberts and Sons application.
