From the beginning Leasing agent Abriana was the best exceptional help in explaining what Melbourne had to offer. I love the huge washer and dryer in the unit ceiling fans and a walkout door leading to a huge deck. I'm in the 55 and over living. The building has elevator and maintenance has taken care of issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend Melbourne and 55 and over living.

The staff here are amazing! Willing to work with you on any problems! Only problem I have is with downstairs neighbor who is forever pounding on the ceiling whenever I clean, walk, or my dogs play! He has nothing to do with the staff even though he reports that my dogs make too much noice! Im so happy they understand that living under someone there will be noice! And dogs will be dogs! Aside from him my stay here has been great! Bug problem but its being taken care of as we speak! The last office people wouldn’t listen to anything i said about bugs just promised to get it taken care of but with the staff now im impressed!
