We just moved in Thursday and we are loving it! Beautiful quiet. cozy apartment that is beautifully remodeled with all the latest features and I am happy to call this place home! Ms Lisa is amazing! I enjoyed living at Yorkshire apartment. I had no issues what so ever. It was quiet and the one bedroom I had was nice. Any time I had maintenance issues it was resolved in a timely manner and they left door tags after they left the apartment to let you know if they needed to come back or not. Also, the online portal was a huge help for paying rent and putting in maintenance request. I would recommend this place to people.

I was a little skeptical of the reviews but this was the first place that caught my eye when I was searching for an apartment. I called the office because I was having issues applying online, turns out I was on the wrong website. The lady (I want to say it was Jerri but I’m not sure if it was Jerri or Martie) walked me through how to get to the website, advised me to comb through the pictures and the details on the website and if I liked it, she also told me how to apply online. I hunted for about a month after and finally ended up back at Yorkshire’s website. There was originally a 1bed/1bath and a 2bed/2bath apartment available so I decided to sleep on it. The next morning I woke up and they were both gone. I was kinda bummed & decided to check the website again that afternoon and there was another 2 bed 2 bath apartment so I jumped on it. It was super easy to apply, the deposit was super affordable, the lease is laid out for you section by section - really easy to read and understand, and it’s all online. you have until you move in to finish and sign it. I ended up getting the apartment (obviously because I’m writing this) and came down to see it. Martie handed me the keys and a map to the apartment complex and a free air filter (btw, free every month!) and left me to tour the place. I was surprised to find updated counter tops, fresh carpet & paint, and a lot of updates (I.e removing bulky closet doors, new window in the kitchen, updated vanity in the guest bath) definitely doesn’t look like it was built In the 1970s I’ve been here 7 months now and have not had a single bug or neighbor problem. Everyone here is super respectful and I never really hear my neighbors, or the guy upstairs. I always have a parking spot in front of my building, usually within 3 spots of my door. I don’t have a pet so I can’t comment on that process. Maintenance was very fast with my single request to adjust my stove burners and you can put requests in online. They really make it easy for you to do everything via the online service. The only downfall I’ve had is that they don’t receive packages. But, they do tell you this up front and I prefer to have them sent to my work anyway. EDIT: they are also very communicative with everything and give you plenty of notice if you need to take action on anything (When I first moved in we had a random bank inspection and everyone I given 48 hours notice, and they were only selecting a few at random) so you never have to guess if someone will be coming into your apartment. They also email changes/updates and let you know they have done so. Everyone here is very nice and easy to work with. There’s a reason Yorkshire is always full!
