When I think of a “hidden gem” community, Arbor Villa apartments instantly comes to mind. I wanted to raise my daughter somewhere safe, quiet, and affordable. I’ve been living here for over 4 years now and have always appreciated how calm and friendly our community is. I would like to thank the Arbor Villa staff and Karlina the manager for everything they’ve been doing for our small hidden gem community. This team has displayed outstanding communication, everyone is exceptionally neighborly and helpful any time I’ve needed maintenance or had a question. I don’t write reviews often but really wanted to share how awesome this place is. If you’re a young person looking to start your life with your growing family this is the place to be.

In the 14 years that I have lived at Arbor Villa, there has never been such a great manager like Karlina. She is helpful, patient, caring. Jon and Karlina make a good team taking care of us residents. Grateful to have them. After 14 years i still love living here now more than ever
