My first impression of Aspen Place Apts was through Amber and she was such a delight! I truly thank her for her knowledge, empathy, and efficiency. At the time I was in a jam needing to find a new place within my price range before my prior lease expired. Amber excelled at listening and working with my partner and I to find the right unit for us and even got us in early than anticipated. I felt she truly cared about us and our situation. Once settled we had an issue with our ac after a strange power surge, and both maintenance and the property manager Jamie were very accommodating and worked with us to get this resolved as well. Although there were some frustrations, they were very communicative and responsive. It is night and day from my prior renting experience so I am truly thankful for the work and customer service this team is putting in. I have honestly never been to a place that talks to it's Tennant's this much, it's refreshing! Thank you Amber, Jamie, and maintenance team for helping us have a smooth transition to Aspen Place.

I notice some reviews are made by my old neighbor who got evicted for never paying rent. I live in a large 2 bedroom cottage and love it! I will never move because it is like a little house without having to do my own maintenance! I have noticed the maintenance dudes out quite a bit lately. it seems they are fixing the problems. Office staff wished me happy birthday this year too. Amazing. no problems here! <3, Amanda
