One year lease minimum. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. 600 credit score is preferred for standard deposit. Income is required to be 3x the monthly rent. Property manager does screen for credit history, income verification, rental verification, and criminal background. Non-restricted pets are allowed at certain properties.
