This is my 1st time renting in Texarkana as I’m currently working on site. My experience with Patriot Apts has been one of the best experiences a renter could have. From the moment you show interest in one of their units, to the moment you move in. Not only are they helpful before you are a tenant, but make you feel welcomed throughout the process. I’m glad I found this gem in a place completely unfamiliar to me. They definitely have changed my view of Texarkana, or at least what I was told. Can’t thank you enough.

It's a great experience living here, everybody here is very nice including the landlords, it gives a safe feeling especially with the coded gate, and the apartments themselves are well taken care of and nice looking, and the landlords take care to make sure they stay that way for every new person that moves in
