Been here since 2018/2019 with one of the Northwest view apartments and it has been a splendid experience. This new leasing company in the past 2 to 3 years have made a lot of necessary updates and are still active with making any sort of reparations. Definitely still remember the snow day a couple of years ago and while the majority of the city had no power or heating my apartment had both still fully functioning all throughout that 'freeze.' A great view with great air conditioning, especially considering having the sunset view with those giant windows which I try my best to keep open 😎👍👍

I left a bad review at but I was just kind of upset the way finances were managed during the pandemic and the literal halt life took for everyone. The manager Lenore just wanted to collect rent and yes she was kind of aggressive when I needed some time to collect myself together but all in all this apartment complex is amazing. It’s the best apartment I’ve rented at. It’s super cool. The neighbors are incredibly friendly. They are very pet friendly here. I’ve had only one bad experience with a resident but it was some drunk white guy in the middle of the night. Never saw him again. The maintenance is amazing! They remember your name and apartment number. They have security here. The apartment does kind of have this creepy haunted vibe but that makes me like it more. They are also pretty affordable here as far as inflation is concerned. The apartments are chic. Quiet. They feel very private. It has a dorm vibe to it. There is a bug problem… there’s a trash chute that’s leads to the dumpster in the basement. In the basement if you pay attention there are roaches that will hop on to furniture if you hit the ceilings or the walls when moving up. Just be careful. I had roaches every now and then but if you ask for aggressive treatment that should do the job. I like the little gym there. If I could go back I would truthfully! My husband cannot stand living in an apartment but I would definitely come back to live in the bigger unit. This apartment is super unique and in a great location over all there’s no place like it. Edit: idk if they have security anymore actually I lived here in 2019-2020 not sure if they let go of security. If they did that’s a shame the security guard was really kind and cool
