I moved into Woodland last year after selling my house abruptly and was in need of a place to live. They answered my application very quickly and Anna was a ton of help getting me set up, she provided lots of information and answered all my questions. The staff here is very helpful and have wonderful attitudes. The amenities are great, especially the pool during this hot summer. The apartments are spacious and cozy, I love the kitchen; plenty of space to cook and prepare food. As for the neighborhood itself, I love how clean everything is and I really feel that it is a safe place to live. They even do community events for the tenants and their families. One of the best places I've ever lived for sure. 👌

Working with Jenn to get into the apartment was amazing She was responsive and very willing to put up with my endless questions Working with Anna to sign documents and pick up our keys has also been seamless and a very pleasant experience 11/10/24 We have now lived here almost a year The apartment is nice and maintenance crew is amazing the grounds are kept nicely but the noise level in our apartment from a horrible neighbor above us is awful I have complained so many times that I’m sure management is just done paying attention We are constantly awakened in the night -some nights it lasts until 5 am -by stomping -moving heavy objects and dropping heavy things on the floor NOT normal living hours or noises ! My husband can’t hear anything without his hearing aides and it even wakes him out Of a sound sleep The last time I was told to not antagonize them -by someone I Have never heard from Before (not Anna or Jen ) It has ruined not only our sleep but an otherwise nice living experience I tried calling the non emergency police but they won’t/can’t do anything -we can’t afford to move So will try ear plugs A word of advice would be live in a top floor apartment where no one lives above you-sleep is important !!
