San Antonio needed a luxury high rise apartment of this caliber. 300 Main has exceeded any expectations. The move in was extremely easy and Ethan was outstanding. The leasing staff to include the property manager Josie and assistant manager Madison are extremely friendly and ensure they know their residents. They greet me and see how things are going every time I walk through the lobby. The concierge staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of and the security staff are always patrolling the garage and the building. The security is amazing with controlled access everywhere and not one but two sets of security gates to get to the residents parking. The apartments are beautiful! Their preferred employer incentive is a huge benefit. The amenities compete and beat most luxury hotels I’ve stayed at. The views are stunning especially at night. The attention to detail when planning this building is impeccable, to the point that I have a floor outlet to plug in my Christmas tree right in front of the massive floor to ceiling windows. If I had to post a negative it would be that I wish I could have moved in sooner!!

I wanted to move to 300 Main from the moment I first heard about sometime in the mid construction phase, back in 2023. I reached out to property manager, Josie, and shared my excitement before the apartments even had a phone number. I told her that a high-rise luxury apartment community located downtown San Antonio is just what the city needed for so many reasons. Like, I loved the idea of being able to walk to the Riverwalk in less than a minute and being able to choose from so many restaurants! I love the location! 300 Main is across from the Frost Tower and our building is almost as tall so you can imagine the views. I told her I stopped by the property to see the building and it was great and I was sure the interiors along with the amenities would be just as nice. Well, I was not wrong. In fact, living at 300 Main has exceeded all my expectations and many more. The property, entire staff, and community have been just wonderful, and I highly recommend to anyone considering a luxury apartment in San Antonio to put 300 Main at the top of your list!
