Thanks to the large windows, the apartment has excellent natural light. There are numerous storage options throughout, including a hallway of closets leading from one bedroom to the other and a closet between kitchen and living room. Both bedrooms have a large closet, a ceiling fan, and mirrored closet doors helping make the space feel open and stay cooled off in the summer months. The bathroom has a complete tiled shower and plenty of options for toiletry storage, including a vanity behind the mirror. There is a limited, monitored off street parking lot for tenants on the grounds. No car? No problem, Cedar Flats is conveniently located near bus stops, grocery stores (Trader Joes, Natural Grocers), donut shops, restaurants, a movie theater (Studio One), and so much more! Do your laundry in one of the three laundry rooms on site. Most machines are equipped with PayRange for convenient quarter free laundry payments! Deposit is $1,200. Pets Ok. 2 cats or 1 small dog (On basis of meet and greet, large dog possible, please inquire). Additional pet deposit of $100 & pet rent of $25/ month are required.
