We enjoyed staying here while we built a home nearby. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. It was modern and clean. Loved the balcony off the living area. It was nice to be close to downtown restaurants and activities. Management was extremely responsive to our questions and fixing a small problem we had with the garbage disposal. Thank you Janna and Lauren for being so helpful and making our move to Grove City so easy!!!

I’ve lived at Broadway Station for over a year now and I absolutely love this place. So many people warned me that the walls were so thin and you could hear everything your neighbors say so that made me nervous BUT I literally can’t hear a thing and it’s SUCH a quiet place! The management and maintenance is amazing!!! Any time I call with a problem in my apartment (very rare there is), it gets fixed immediately. Maintenance is great on communication and they’re always so helpful/kind. I truly love living here and being downtown Grove City is a plus! Just a walk away from restaurants, shops and bars!
