~April 24, 2024: Jacqueline took great care of the process. Bria also made the process clear and easy. All questions were answered and the process was expedient. I appreciate the professionalism and the new apartment is clean and ready to move in. ~May 13, 2024: Got locked out on my balcony. Called the property managers. They immediately sent a maintenance person out to rescue me. The gentleman was extremely gracious. ~June 17, 2024: Reported that the AC was blowing warm air. Maintenance came out and patched up the unit. Cool air started blowing but later warm air started coming out of the vents again. Reported to maintenance and the gentleman came back the next day with a portable AC, set it up, and scheduled a replacement unit for the apartment. Only a few days later, contractors showed up to replace the AC unit. It has been blowing cool air ever since.

The weirdest thing happened today and it involve me getting locked inside of my apartment due to a faulty deadbolt. I didn’t panic as I had all the necessary resources available to contact maintenance on the 24 hour emergency line. They arrived on site within 30 minutes of the call and I was impressed with the response time. The gentleman from maintenance arrived on site and as early as it was, he was very professional. He was able to come up with a solution to resolve the problem without hesitation. Once we got the door open, I was able to formally meet him and his name was Kevin. He had to replace the deadbolt and was able to do that within a matter of minutes. While I had him, I pointed out a few other fixes around the apartment and he had a few more emergency calls to respond and assured me that he would be back to resolve the issues. He stood by his word and returned to resolve the other issue, which involved the bathtub drain not draining properly. Kevin is truly a Jack of all trades and I can’t thank him enough for his response time and the ability solve the problems at hand. Thank you Copper & Quarry for having a great team to help assist the tenants, including myself.
