Please understand that the bedrooms are small compared to what you and I are used to. Really? I personally wouldn't want to live in this as a 2 bedroom for a pair of unrelated roommates. It would be fine, but it is an awesome space for a single or a couple where you can create a massive Master Bedroom suite. One of the bedrooms has a huge walk in closet. Large dining room leads to the kitchen. The kitchen has a gas stove and pantry. The unfinished basement is spectacular for West Central, very usable. Laundry Hookups in the basement. On street parking. Up to 2 cats or a reasonable dog are welcome with a one time $200 pet fee, and an additional $20 per pet each month. Additional pets are $100 pet fee and $20 a month. Tenant pays Gas, electric, and $25 a month for Water/Sewer.
