I moved in here just a couple of weeks ago. It has been a great experience. There have been a couple of things to be fixed, and Robert the maintenance manager has been so pleasant, kind attentive. The office has always been really quick to respond and super helpful. Sherry is so personable. She’s a gem. I’m really happy with my experience here thus far. I’m happy to call this place home.

Been living here for almost a year and definitely renewing my lease. Sherry is absolutely amazing and is on top of anything I bring to her attention. Absolutely love it here and recommend anyone to live here who wants a great community and amazing management.

I have never lived in an apartment before...but I have to say from the very first call to inquire about availability, Josh and Sherry made me feel like a priority. They have made the whole process unbelievably easy and exciting. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It's obvious, management takes pride in what they do. I am beyond ecstatic with my new place and the care I continue to receive from Sherry, Josh and Robert. They are truly amazing.

Moving was a very stressful experience. We had been looking everywhere for a place and finally found Harbor Cliff. Sherry and Josh immediately made us feel taken care of and helped us through every step of the process. Their customer service, expertise and attention to detail show that they take a lot of pride in their community. We rented our apartment sight unseen and were SO happy we took the risk. Robert is an attentive, helpful and kind maintenance man and has been very responsive to all our needs. The property is clean and well managed. We could not be happier! Recommend 100%

Josh is an amazing asset to this apt complex and management staff! I had a very difficult move coming from out of state and never being even able to step on property and he made me feel like I am moving home. Josh went above and beyond to make me feel ok with getting this place site unseen. He was able to able me have a a safe place to live for me and pups in under 24 hours! Josh was able to help me get all the utilities ready too from out of state. So excited for me new home!

Lived here for almost 6 years and through the pandemic here. The company was purchased by a property management company called the Remm group roughly 2 years into me living here. Since then, I have seen massive improvements in infrastructure and safety. On top of that, they are very responsive when it comes to maintenance. We have had several experiences throughout the time i've been here, and every time they take care of all concerns with great care. The only concern I have is that the gates to come in and out are sometimes not functioning properly, they are often fixed within 24 hours.
