At our pet-friendly community, we believe in creating the perfect blend of comfort, style, and affordability for our residents. Screening Criteria: To ensure the best living experience for our residents, we have the following screening criteria: - Household gross monthly income should be 3 times the base rent plus RUBS. - Minimum credit score of 625. - No collections (excluding student loans and medical payments). - Clean criminal history. - Clean rental history. Utility Policies: - Landlord sets up and bills back to the resident for common area electric, water, sewer, and trash at a flat fee. - Residents are responsible for setting up MidAmerican Electricity & Gas, cable, and internet services as desired.
