These 1-and 2-bedroom units offer comfortable updated living with amenities including a full kitchen with included dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer hook-ups, and beautiful views! ALL Utilities are included in the monthly rent. This property was developed in 2018 through a regional partnership with funds from Minnesota’s Workforce Housing Development Program. In order to qualify for Four Direction Dwellings, at least one adult who lives in the unit must be a full-time year-round employee working in Cook County, or must be able to obtain full-time year-round employment in Cook County within 3 months of move-in.
