RENTAL DETAILS: Lease Duration: 10-18 months Security Deposit: Same as half of one month's rent, due at lease signing Utilities: Tenant pays a flat utility fee based on unit type. Rent payment options: Debit/Credit card, Direct deposit (EFT) Laundry: In Unit Washer & Dryer Pet Policy: Cat and Small Dogs (under 50 lbs); 2 maximum allowed; Must be spayed/neutered and current on shots.
