The Hieber Building is a prominent example of the many stores and warehouse structures built in Utica near the New York Central Railroad. The recent renovation of this building in the center of Bagg's Square, now offers a commercial restaurant space on the first floor, accompanied by four floors of residential flat apartments. Each apartment showcases a modern floor plan, large windows, high-end appliances, exposed original bricks and beams, private laundry, customized closet systems, wireless internet and cable TV. The Flats @ 311 Main along with the new and improved Tailor and the Cook restaurant will soon open seven days a week for Happy Hour, Dinner Service, Apartment Room Service, and Weekend Brunch.
