Near Fairview Elementary School, Bonnie View Nature Sanctuary, and Fairview Park, The View is perfect for any lifestyle. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment home features all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. This apartment includes a stove, dishwasher, central air/heat, washer/dryer in unit and an on-site pool. Utilities are through the City of Columbia and gas is through Ameren (heat only). Water and water heater gas are covered by a $30.00 monthly utility fee. Off-street parking is also provided. With approval, pets require $125 refundable deposit, $125 non-refundable fee and an additional $25/month pet rent (or $40 for two pets). Breed restrictions apply. The View is located in a great neighborhood and is within walking distance to trails, parks, shopping, and Fairview Elementary School. Lawn care and snow removal are provided by management.
