I’ve just signed my third lease here and am excited to continue renting through them! This is the perfect location - one block from the lake, Lincoln Park, my favorite grocery stores and restaurants, and a quick bus ride downtown. We’ve only had minor maintenance requests that have been dealt with in a very timely manner and the staff are always so quick to rely and really helpful. You can tell they genuinely have your best interest at heart! Plus, my floors are heated and we can see the John Hancock building through Lincoln Park which is lovely, especially during summer sunsets. We also always use the outdoor space, one of the reasons we chose to live here, and enjoy having friends over to grill and hang out. I honestly always say that I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

I was thinking about what to post, but basically read what the other two reviewers have as it is very very true! It is a really good place to live. We lived there for 15 months (12 and an extension of 3 - yes, they were able to extend the lease!) and loved it there. The only reason we moved out is because we had to relocate for our jobs. I want to specially mention Lisa, the building manager. She is really good with everything and always took care of our requests in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!
