Janet and John are amazing mangers. The only reason they would be on your case is if you are repeatedly breaking the rules. She will look in the lease and call you out on your behavior. Young people with emotion issues who don't like being told what to do will have problems here. Please ignore the comments from Logan Raukar as I have personally complained because his service dog constantly barked. Janet is an amazing manager who loves her tenants and her job. Please consider leasing here, you'll love it!
