My time at the Meridian has been great! The staff are all friendly, professional, and quick to address my questions and maintenance requests. The location is awesome, close to DC, Old Town, the National Harbor, and a metro station is right across the building. The area is safe, clean, pet friendly, and not congested with traffic as compared to the other complexes close by. I am very satisfied with my experience.

I've been living at the Meridian 2250 for 3 months now, and overall, it's been an amazing experience! The building itself is well kept. The cleaning crew does an excellent job during the week, keeping all the common areas spotless, and the maintenance team is prompt, they usually respond to my requests within an hour or two. On move in day, I received a free welcome basket filled with goodies. A few weeks later, I received a welcome letter. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made me feel at home. Amenity wise, I absolutely love the gym, the outdoor cinema, and the two rooftops. I just wish that the gym had a stair master machine! However, the second rooftop has a nice view of the National Harbor, and it's my go-to spot to chill with my girls by the fire pit. Such a vibe! The sense of community is another standout feature. Many of the residents are young professionals, couples, or retirees, and the regular resident appreciation events make it so easy to meet people. I've already made a new friend while living here. That said, there have been a few minor hiccups since the building is brand new, like occasional elevator breakdowns. It's not ideal, but I understand that everything can't be perfect from the start. Grace is definitely warranted as the team works out these kinks. An email is usually sent out to notify residents of any upcoming changes, issues, or events. Overall, this place is clean, secure, quiet, and chic. I don't plan on moving anytime soon.
