Me and my husband have been living in highland point since Dec 2021 and was apart of the unfortunate apartment fire that happened on 4/17/23. The new property manager Chris is going ABOVE AND BEYOND ! Roxy is super sweet even though she is new she is trying her hardest to help out where she can and David(I believe the district manager) is awesome too! It’s stressful with insurance for us and Chris has been baring with us with our questions and concerns . I TRULY mean it! He has been communicating with us SO well and helping us move into another unit and is SO kind and patient and supportive of us . When we first moved to highland there was another manager who was not the best but since the new manager change things have been different! Chris being in charge has helped calmed me and my husband’s anxieties and is helping us through this entire process.This man needs a RAISE!!! I NEVER experienced a manager like him who is fighting for us reassuring us and going above and beyond within his means. Fairlawn needs to keep him because this man is amazing ! And we need supportive leaders like him. Especially in such tragedies. Thank you thank you THANK YOU Chris for ALL your hard work you do! And thank you David and Roxy for being so empathetic and compassionate too! They are the dream team that we needed to help us through this difficult time. They have so much on their plate and they are doing great. Thank you guys

My partner and I have been living here for about 5 months now and have had a great experience so far! The rent price is reasonable, the leasing office and maintenance have been very pleasant and attentive, and the apartment space itself is also very nice. We’ve been very happy with our choice thus far!
