Tennelle has been such a pleasure to work with from beginning to signing the lease! Very on top of things and we all know communication is key! No faults to complain about.. thank you for getting us in our new home so quickly! Updated 2 months into living here. I do love the location.. however I believe they rushed me into moving into the worst townhouse they had to offer.. with 2 others be available at the time.. I’ve asked neighbors who lived here before and have not heard one good story.. had to jump through hoops getting my water and electric set up because of the past tenants eviction.. which should have been solved by the office.. anyway moving along… I have asked them to replace my address placker and banged up garage door that has stopped working multiple times in the 2 months I’ve lived here …the weather strip doesn’t even attach to the bottom of the garage door…so I’ve found a couple frogs (YES FROGS!) IN my house and bugs have easy access the ceiling is caving in, in my garage and the maintenance thought a couple screws would suffice. The maintenance man came at 9am while I took my kids to school and came back at 230 and gave me a paper saying he had come 3 times to get it fixed HE DID NOT. Did I mention I’ve called about this 3 different times and nothing has happened… first Tennell said the property manager was coming to check it and make sure it WASNT MY FAULT which baffled me because I made sure when she showed me the place to take pictures/video of what I wasn’t happy with date and time stamped. 2 months in here we are… still no fixes. And I asked the maintenance to fix the patio screen… still hasn’t been fixed. There’s creaking through the house all night every night. So bad it sounds like someone lives in the attic. Just crazy.. if it’s to good to be true… go with your gut.

Great place to live! The staff here are professionals and attend to any needs of your apartment It's a gated community and your apartment has a garage for two cars and a cute patio. I love all the ducks and frogs here! Great place to live.
