Management needs more staff. On the off chance a manager is in (maybe 30% of the time), I'm promised I'll get a call back "tomorrow". After 7 days I follow up again. It's been 5 weeks now. I can tell this isn't incompetence... They simply don't have enough people to address the problems with every building. As a result, maintenance is severely lacking and resident issues fall through the cracks.
