This has been one of the easiest experiences we’ve ever had when renting a place. We have been here for a couple months now and we couldn’t be happier with Windgate. The property is in such a convenient area between Woods Cross and Bountiful; dead center between two different Smiths, Wendy’s, Chase Banks and both a Mister and Quick Quack car wash. Each apartment is slightly unique in its own way. We have a 2nd floor unit out of 3 floors, and we have a quaint little balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains. It’s very nice to sit out during Monsoon season and just watch the storms roll through. Tori has been an absolute pleasure trying to work out accommodations from having to move-in a couple days early due to emergencies to replying within an hour max to any annoying question we might have. We couldn’t be happier with where we’ve chosen!

We moved out here about 6 months ago and have had no issues! Management made it super easy and enjoyable on finding our new home. Now that we have been here. I can honestly say the management shows that they care about their residents. Tori had been a true gem to us and has always made us feel welcomed. Maintenance issues get handled pretty quickly and efficiently.
