I lived here for 6 years and I just want to stop and say this is one of the best affordable luxury apartments in Louisville. Nice floor plans and great staffing. A special shout out to Tansuerie Bryant anytime I called the office she was there ready to help me out with whatever I needed! She was very nice and knowledgeable in her line of work! I would recommend this place to anyone!

We’ve been here since November & the office staff made it so easy to move in. We would recommend this complex to any of our friends or family. It’s very quiet & away from the hustle & bustle of Dixie Highway. Very close to major retailers & food options. We also love the pond so much that we got a pond view unit. The nature is beautiful to look at & love having all the ducks/geese here as well. We’ve never felt more at home than we do here.
