Here's how it is. The property is very unimpressive. The apartments are exactly the same— unimpressive. But the current management of this property, First Management, is absolutely incredible. Quick to respond to calls, questions, maintenance requests, etc. Sometimes doable facilities and great management is one of your best options in a college town.

Completely infested with brown recluse spiders. Seems to be a yearly occurrence because they laid out glue traps all throughout my apartment one day in Spring. I started seeing spiders more and more so I checked the glue traps. They were completely covered in brown recluses. Everyday the problem got worse. They were in my clothes, in my shoes, on the walls and in the sinks. Frequently I would put on a shirt hanging in my closet and a recluse would fall out. I complained to management and all I got was more glue traps. It got so bad I didn't even stay at my apartment the last two months because it was uninhabitable. Not only did I not get my deposit back but they had the gumption to charge me. I would strongly recommend not living here unless you really like poisonous spiders.
