Left the apartment cleaner than we received it. We literally cleaned urine off the walls in the bathroom when we moved in. We lived with roaches due to dirty neighbors(the pest control guy told us they were coming from the people next door). When we moved out which was still during Covid they wanted to have people do walk throughs on the apartment which I thought was ridiculous and refused. I had left a review of our negative experience on the property managements page(cherry hill) Now years later they are saying we were “dirty” people on rental reference although again we left the apartment cleaner than we received it. So either it is bad record keeping and they have us confused with the “dirty” people across the hall or they are retaliating for my bad review.
