We've had a good experience so far. Management will replace broken things if you ask enough times. The rooms are spacious in comparison other apartments in the area and neighbors have been very respectful.

Water is shut off for repairs pretty much every time it rains. Be prepared for muddy water for a bit after. Management is pretty good about fixing things, but everything is built very cheap
