Akita, American Strafford Terrier, Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Dingo, Doberman Pinscher, Giant Schnauzer, Mastiff, Ovtcharka, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Neapolitan Mastiff and Wolf. Any mixed breeds that have the predominant characteristics of any of the above breeds are also prohibited. PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS. To help ensure all of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a “No Pet/Animal” profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. All household pets must maintain an active PetScreening profile at an annual cost of $30 per pet.

This property is absolutely AMAZING!! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. When we first did a tour and was introduced to the property, Fernanda helped us out and was very knowledgeable of the property and it's amenities. She is the nicest sweetest person and is a huge part of why we decided to apply and make The Luxe our home! We look forward to making great memories here at The Luxe in Buda.

We've had a great experience here, from our first time coming in to see the homes to us living here now. We loved working with Samantha, she is very friendly and helpful. We've also had a great experience with maintenance and getting any issues that come up resolved quickly!
