AVOID THIS PROPERTY - the Acorn + Oak property managers responsible for these apartments are incompetent, unethical, and rely on taking advantage of their residents. I lived here two years (2021-2023) and throughout that time there were attempts at raising resident fees partway through the lease (which is illegal) and kept insisting it was required until I pointed this out. They also do not take care of the common spaces like the laundry room which was more often than not dealing with power issues and machines being out of order. After my move-out, they withheld my security deposit from me and I'm in the process of taking them to small claims court for deceptive practices and inflated security deposit charges, despite me having photo evidence of the move-out conditions.
