Moved in 4 months ago. Very quiet, nice apartments. The manager Kelly is awesome, kind and very helpful, never met the owner personally but seen him, he seems very nice and humble, always speak. They don't treat you like a tenant here, they make you feel like family. I greatly recommend River Breeze South . Love the fact it's smoke-free. Sincerly, LaTanya Harris Satisfied Tenant

We moved in when these apartments were brand new in 2017 and loved living here.. we only recently moved because our family outgrew their 2 bedroom and we needed to buy. We never had any issues while living here, property grounds were always clean and maintenance was fast the few times we needed something. The office manager, Kelly is the best & always super kind! Definitely recommend River Breeze South!
