Leasing office was nice! Gym was also nice and very clean. Had family member rent out theater room! Very unique and awesome add on to the complex. Definitely recommend renting that out!

I love it here! Been a resident since 2021. I feel very safe living here. Anytime I have an issue, maintenance is on top of it. Love the pool and the grounds are kept clean! Office staff is friendly and always on top of things.

Excellent move in experience, office staff patient and beyond helpful. Maintenance personnel are kind and thorough. Great experience continues. Easily the most responsive maintenance and office staff I’ve ever had.

I moved in recently and there were a few things that needed some attention from maintenance upon move in. I had stopped in the office and talked with the property manager, Vita, and followed up with an email that had pictures for reference. She submitted the requests via their portal and they were all taken care of super fast! I received clear notes on what was done from Jeffrey, as well as access to the portal to easily submit requests on my own in the future. The parking is great, there's so many empty spots and lots of garages available as well. I never have an issue finding a spot, and neither do my guests. I added a garage onto my lease and got access within a week of requesting one! Prior to moving in I had requested a first floor apartment, and the week before I was set to move in, Vita reached out and let me know a first floor apartment had opened up and she was able to get me in there! It was awesome and so appreciated!! I had some issues with getting my lease signed and getting a lease length that worked for me, but that was resolved quickly by Vita as well. Overall, this is a clean and quiet community with awesome communication from both maintenance and management. The price is higher than other communities in Norwalk, but the value of a well cared for community is well worth it in my opinion. The only thing that would make this place even better is a dog park so dogs can run off leash a bit!

Leasing office is amazing & so is the maintenance staff. If I had any concerns or issues with anything in my apartment that are quick at their job & do what needs to be done when said. I am very happy living here & will recommend it every time!
