I love this area and it is within walking distance of groceries, dining, etc. We have been pleased with the service and management of this apartment.

Not only do they not return your security deposit, but they also charge you additionally. Im a maintenance technician in property management and received an email stating that I'm being charged $250 for paint and $400 in cleaning fees. I've remodeled thousands of apartments and trust me, even the worst don't cost this much
