(Monterey Apartments) The home comes equipped with Central heat and air conditioning, all Kitchen appliances: refrigerator / electric range / dishwasher and microwave for you to enjoy. 1 dedicated parking space per apartment. This is a downstairs apartment. All unit has undergone extensive remodel, new flooring, cabinets and Granite counter tops. Schools: schools include Lincoln Elementary School, Golden West Elementary School and Manteca High School. The terms to qualify: 12-month lease @ $1675.00 a month with a $ 1000 deposit. (Water, garbage, and Sewer included. You pay for your own electric.) Application fee: $25 for each applicant over 18 and we would ask you for references of: 2 years of rental with no late issues or evictions, employment referral for the last 2 years (making gross 2 1/2 times the rent) and an acceptable credit score (630+) with no collection. If you meet these terms, please email me with your phone number and your expectation and reason for moving (the apartment is ready now, so I will rent it immediately) and I will set up an appointment with the On-site manager Tammy who will be calling you to schedule.
