Fantastic place to live! I have been here for 2 years now, and have not had any major issues. The location is extremely convenient, being only a short drive from Uptown and a number of great local shops and restaurants in Plaza Midwood. There is also a bus stop right outside of the complex if you don't want to drive. The community is safe and quiet. In addition, the management and maintenance staff are all very friendly and helpful, with any problems being addressed quickly. They also hold regular community events! For the price this property can't be beat!

We loved living at Summit on Central. Price for the area is great. Property team is amazing and always so nice. The renovations make it a steal for plaza especially for the price. We will miss Brandy and Sara’s smiling face!
