Our community offers a quaint setting that is conveniently close to everything, but hidden from the hustle and bustle of the city. We offer modern, single and double-wide manufactured home sites, with underground utilities. We have something for everyone from young families, to singles of all ages, and 55+ residents. Have fun at the clubhouse, or play a game with neighbors at our tennis and basketball courts. Fort Bragg, and the town are nearby, and for you golfers, there are more than 20 golf courses within an hour drive!

The manager is extremely friendly and nice and worked very hard for us. The park is very clean and quiet. This is a wonderful place to live.

for southlawn, we are doing our best, thank you for the reviews I feel very wanted :) the park is starting to look nice beside people throwing trash on the ground but it’s ok, we got some big plans to help the community to look nicer an to stop the speeding parking on grass. I hope everyone has a great Christmas :) ps god loves everyone
