I just moved into these apartments and I’d like to say I’ve enjoyed the space and how easy the process was. Especially for military. Rainy has been one of the most amazing apartment staff I have encountered and I’m happy to have her here for any issue or question I have. I made a checklist of small things that weren’t even big in my eyes then the next day I came home from work they had come in and fixed every issue that was on the paper. Rainy and the maintenance staff took care of them quick and fast . So far is the best apartments I’ve lived at. Let’s hope the rest of my lease is just as great!

The only reason, I'm giving a 5 star review is because I know Cobblestone Apts./Henley is a 5 star place to live at. The management made you feel welcome, gave you knowledge in areas especially if you are a young adult. Mantiance (work orders) was taken care of in less than 48/72 hours and if not the office (Tonya) would call and give you an update and she was always on point with everything with the property. She goes above and beyond for her tenants. However, under this new management it is NOT the same. The only best thing we have left is Rainy. I have lived here for 13 years now and never experienced the lack of management on both sides with the new mantiance and property manager. Rent is due by the 1st and work orders should be completed in less than 48 or 72 hours, in a timely manner. I have NOT even heard from the property manager about the different issues I've had since moving back and its been a week since I brought this to the office attention. Rainy did give me an update last week in a 48 hour time frame but she's not the property manager, which she should be and have taken Tonya's place. How the company left the teants is sad. Hopefully it will get better but this is unacceptable. Still has the potential to be 5 stars.
I have lived at Henley Apartments (formerly known as Cobblestone Apartments) for 6.5 years. I have had an excellent experience with them. It was very rare that something needed a repair in the apartment, but when it did, the maintenance fixed it the same day that I entered the request every single time! Tonya, Rainy and Dayton are amazing. They are very cordial, fair, reasonable and kind folks. The property managers Tonya and Rainy are very easy to get a hold off. If they don't pick up right away, they will call you back the same day. Dayton is the maintenance chief and he is just very quick at fixing things! Their rental portal is quite user-friendly to use. I had a minor hiccup with the portal but Tonya helped me fix the issue immediately.
While myself and two others were in a time crunch to find a nice place to call home, Rainy was amazing! We called so many times for updates and she never got frustrated with us but continued to give us those updates while keeping the calls lighthearted and upbeat! Upon moving in we were also greeted by another very sweet woman who seemed just as excited as we were!!! The name has slipped my mind sadly, maybe Teresa, Over all it has been an amazing experience moving here! I really believe this is a great spot for anyone of any age! Seems like they are also always doing some renovations so it’s nice to see they want to keep improving their places.

After completing my first year's lease at the Henley, I was happy to renew my lease for another year in large part because of the exceptional office and maintenance staff, specifically Tonya, Rainy, and Dayton. I believe this management and maintenance team truly cares about the residents and the condition and safety of the community. I feel safe at the Henley and I truly enjoy the amenities and grounds. Specific examples of their excellent service include timely response to questions, maintenance needs (not that there are many - the apartments are in good shape), and an efficient resident portal that makes paying rent, viewing documents, receiving notices, and communicating with management easy. The newsletter is enjoyable to read. Tonya manages everything well, Rainy is very pleasant and professional, and Dayton fixes anything fast and correctly. I would recommend the Henly to anyone moving to Fayetteville. The location is great also, in close proximity to shopping and entertainment.

I never wrote a review for any apartment complex, but at the Henley apartment in Fayetteville exceeded our expectations in any level of customer satisfaction experience. My parents and I moved in almost a year ago. The high level of customer service skills coming from Management office was exceptional. The maintenance team was always on top of things and fixing small issues that came across as tenants. Yes! I strongly would recommend The Henley apartments in Fayetteville as one of the best apartment complexes in town.

My husband and I got here not too long and we love it, but most of all the assitant manager Rainy made the move in process so much easier especially with us being abroad. The staff on a whole is amazing but Rainy went above and beyond to make sure everything was intact for us. Last but not least the maintenance guy is very efficient and wonderful.We are grateful!
Me and my wife recently moved from abroad, Thanks to Henley apartment for making it easier for us, the staff are super nice mostly Rainy , thanks to her for making it so easy for us she is nice lady . đź’Ż
