Living here at The Astoria is pleasant. I haven’t had a bad experience; however, I’ve had a lot of great experiences. The ladies in the office, Kasey & Kailyn are always so helpful & willing to go the extra mile. Anytime I need assistance with a package, one of them always helps, happily. The maintenance staff is great, as well. Bubba is always professional & quick anytime I have a work order that needs to be done. If you want a quiet place that provides exceptional service to their residents, this is the place! I feel safe here, as well as valued. P.S. a perk of being a resident here is the access to different food trucks every month. The office schedules several food trucks monthly for the convenience of the residents. It’s a nice option to have!

We’ve made The Astoria our home for the past 5 years and love it! The location is awesome for getting to I-95 or getting to shopping areas and downtown. Parking is not as bad as other reviews. Residents can request a visitor's parking pass for their guests, so that they may park at their building. You may also park at the office without a parking pass. There are signs posted at the gate warning you that your vehicle may be towed by Brownies at your expense($250). The Astoria staff is second to none when it comes to making you feel at home! Tabitha played an intricate part in our choosing to call The Astoria home!
