The Compass Apartments has been an excellent choice for me. Living so close to MSUM is incredibly convenient, and the calm, safe neighborhood adds to the appeal. The in-unit laundry is fantastic, and the ability to use a key fob or mobile app for building and amenities access makes everyday tasks much simpler. The security is top-notch, and while the rent is a bit on the expensive side, the amenities, cleanliness, and service make it well worth the cost. Overall, it's a comfortable and convenient place to live, highly recommend it.
