Any prior evictions or landlord claims may disqualify you. Additionally, residents are required to set up mail services with USPS. Service fees are applicable and subject to change by USPS. We will provide three keys to each apartment and the location of the parcel box for your convenience. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome at Mill Run, with breed restrictions. Please call for details.
