You enter the unit from a small deck that's goes with this apartment. There's some extra storage space in the foyer just inside the front door. This sunny apartment offers mountain views from the eat-in kitchen. The living room and one bedroom have hard wood floors. The other bedroom has carpet. We have a window A/C unit for the living room. Any other A/C's belong to the tenants. There is an on-site laundry room with coin-operated machines for tenants to use. This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. Approximate room dimensions (floor space): Living room = 12'1" x 12'11" Kitchen = 8'11" x 6'2" Bedroom #1 = 6'10" x 14'1" + 2'9" x 9' Nook Bedroom #2 = 10'6" x 12'4" Security deposit equals one-and-a-half times monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing.
